These Terms of Service govern access to lefolyoga.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Separate Terms of Sale apply when you purchase goods.

You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the store in a way that disrupts it, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

We aim to keep information accurate, but website content may contain errors or become outdated. We may modify, suspend or withdraw website features without notice where reasonably necessary.

The website, product names, original designs, photographs, graphics, copy and other content are owned by or licensed to ARTHUR LE FOL LIMITED and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses suffered by consumers.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
