These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from lefolyoga.com by consumers in the United Kingdom. Please read them before placing an order.
1. Who we are
The seller is ARTHUR LE FOL LIMITED, company number 09546483, registered office at The Retreat, 406 Roding Lane South, Woodford Green, Essex, IG8 8EY, United Kingdom. Email: support@lefolyoga.com.
2. Products
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Images are illustrative and colours may vary by display and lighting. Dimensions and weights are approximate unless stated otherwise. The product page identifies the materials and care instructions applicable to that product.
3. Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly accept earlier. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance because of stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or another reasonable cause, and will refund sums taken.
4. Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any VAT legally chargeable will be included in the displayed consumer price unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before you place the order.
5. Payment
You must pay using a method displayed at checkout. Methods may include Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro and UnionPay. Payment processing is provided by third parties and may be subject to verification or authorisation.
6. Cancellation before dispatch
You may ask to cancel before dispatch by emailing support@lefolyoga.com. We will try to act on the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfilment has started. Statutory cancellation rights and our Returns & Refunds Policy apply after delivery.
7. Delivery
We deliver only within the United Kingdom under the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person you identify to receive them, except where the law provides otherwise.
8. Returns and faulty goods
The Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights relating to cancellation, faulty goods, goods that are not as described, or goods that are not fit for purpose.
9. No separate commercial warranty
We do not provide a separate commercial product warranty unless a product page expressly says otherwise. This does not affect your statutory rights.
10. Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability where exclusion is unlawful. Products are supplied for domestic and private use; we are not responsible for business losses arising from consumer purchases.
11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, keep you informed and provide remedies required by law.
12. Personal information
We use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain mandatory local protections and may use courts available to them under applicable law.
