ARTHUR LE FOL LIMITED, trading through LEFOL YOGA, is the controller of personal information described in this policy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and retain personal information when you visit lefolyoga.com, place an order or contact us.

Order and transaction information, such as items purchased, order value, returns and payment status. Full payment-card details are handled by payment providers and are not stored by us in ordinary course.

Communications, including customer-service enquiries, complaints and return requests.

Advertising information relating to interactions with Google Ads, where you have provided any consent required by law.

Although we sell only within the United Kingdom, some technology and payment providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, we rely on recognised safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or approved contractual safeguards. England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are all within the United Kingdom and are not treated as international destinations under this policy.
