Shipping policy

Effective date: 18 August 2026

We currently deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Processing and delivery

Order processing	1–2 working days, excluding UK bank holidays
Standard delivery	Usually 3–5 working days after dispatch
Northern Ireland / remote areas	Allow up to 5–7 working days after dispatch where carrier routes require additional time
Standard shipping	£4.99 per order
Free shipping	Orders of £50.00 or more after discounts
Tracking	A tracking link or number is provided when available
Carriers	Royal Mail, DPD or another suitable tracked UK service

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly agree otherwise. We will deliver without undue delay and within any period required by applicable law. Severe weather, carrier disruption, security checks or remote-area routing may cause delay.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@lefolyoga.com immediately if an address is wrong. We can change or cancel an order only before dispatch and cannot guarantee that a change will be possible.

Lost, damaged or delayed parcels

If tracking shows an unusual delay, a parcel is damaged, or it has not arrived within 7 working days after the latest estimated date, contact us with your order number. We may ask you to confirm the address and cooperate with a carrier investigation. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Customs and duties

We do not currently offer international delivery. UK deliveries are not subject to customer import duties. If international delivery is introduced later, this policy and checkout information will be updated before such orders are accepted.
