Refund policy

Effective date: 18 August 2026

We want you to be satisfied with your LEFOL YOGA purchase. This policy explains our 30-day returns process and your statutory rights.

1. Thirty-day return period

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in new and resaleable condition, with its original packaging, labels and any included accessories. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

2. How to start a return

Email support@lefolyoga.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. If accepted, we will send return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label. Please do not send goods back without first contacting us.

3. Return shipping

LEFOL YOGA will pay reasonable return postage for approved returns using the return method we provide. We are not responsible for goods sent by another method without our approval, and any additional cost of a premium return service may not be reimbursed.

4. Hygiene-sealed goods

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed hygiene-sensitive goods, including yoga towels where supplied in a hygiene seal, cannot be returned after the seal has been broken unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. This exception applies only where the product was sealed for genuine health or hygiene protection.

5. Inspection and deductions

You may handle goods only as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund to reflect loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary. We do not charge a restocking fee.

6. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, including photographs where reasonably requested. Reporting within 7 days helps us resolve the issue quickly, but it does not limit any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want another item, return the eligible original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit. For a valid cancellation, we will also refund the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge offered for the order. Any extra cost for premium delivery is not refundable.

9. Statutory cancellation and product rights

For most online purchases, UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after delivery and a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying the trader. Nothing in this policy excludes your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose. Our 30-day return offer is additional to those rights.
