Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £4.99. Delivery is free when the order total is £50.00 or more after discounts.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Some Northern Ireland, island or remote-area deliveries may take 5–7 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We send tracking information when the carrier makes it available.
Can I cancel my order?
Email support@lefolyoga.com as soon as possible. We can cancel only before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, use the returns process.
What is your return period?
Eligible goods may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Contact us first for instructions.
Do you offer exchanges?
No. Return an eligible item for a refund and place a separate new order.
Who pays return postage?
We pay reasonable return postage for approved returns using the method or label we provide.
Can an opened yoga towel be returned?
A towel supplied with a genuine hygiene seal cannot be returned for a change of mind after the seal is broken. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain covered by your statutory rights.
What materials are used?
Check the individual product page for the confirmed materials. If you have a latex or other material allergy, contact us before purchasing and do not rely on assumptions based on appearance.
Do your products have a warranty?
We do not offer a separate commercial warranty. This does not affect statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
